Q: I have a special component to be made. Is it possible for you to help me on that?

Answer: Yes, we can manufacturer/supply you  a custom made component for you. We require a drawing from you for the same. Once you send us the drawing, we will quote you the prices FREE OF COST. Please be advised that no refund can be granted if for you wish to return these parts for any reason.

Q: Can you do surface treatment on custom made parts?

Answer: We always aim to offer complete services to our customers. Thus, we would supply you the components as you wanted even if it requires zinc, nicklel,  Chrome, anodizing or even gold plating!

Delivery of items:

Q: How quickly can I receive my purchase?

Answer: Normally we ship your item on the same day via First Class Standard Delivery. However, if you need your item quicker, please do let us know along with your order. In that case we will send you guaranteed next day delivery before afternoon. Please note the cut off timing for this special service is 11:00AM.

Q: I live on Timbuktu Islands. Do you ship there?

Answer: Yes, we ship all over the world even if its  Timbuktu Islands or Cinderella..!

 

Payment:

Q: How secure is my online buying?

Answer: We have one of the toughest online security system installed on our website which makes it highly secure to buy online. Even if you do not want to buy online using your credit/debit card information, you can pay by cheque, money order or direct bank transfer.

Q: I do not have a Credit or Debit Card. Do you accept cheques or postal orders?

Answer: Yes, we accept cheques. We also accept postal orders. The details are provided when you check out. If you wish to get more information, please contact our customer services and we would be happy to help you on any issue.

Q: Do you accept cheques from Any European Country in Euro?

Answer: Yes, we accept cheques from any European Union Country. The cheques from EU has to be in Euro only.
